- The American Legion "Flag Alert" e-newsletter exceeded 15,000 subscriptions and generated hundreds of queries that were answered through the "Ask the Flag Expert" feature on the national website.
- The online American Legion Youth Alumni Association was introduced to better connect those who formerly participated in the organization's youth activities at the local, state and national levels.
- Nearly 6,000 certificates of appreciation, awards and citations were delivered to individuals who took part in Americanism-supported programs and activities.
