Attending DoD roundtable discussion

American Legion National Commander Jim Koutz is scheduled to attend a roundtable discussion hosted by the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs; presenters include Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta. Koutz also is meeting with Ann Mills-Griffiths, chair of the board of directors for the National League of Families.

I believe this would be a great forum to ask those "in the know", "Why are we having difficulty getting absentee ballots to our uniformed members in theater in a timely manner"? I'm seeing little blips here and there that some military folks haven't been able to vote by absentee ballot.
