MY Constitutional Rights should not be denied based on what YOU think I might do. Even though there are many ways to hurt oneself, taking away constitutional rights DOES matter. The next step in this slippery slope is locking up people who are at risk for robbing banks.

Our second amendment rights should not be denied unless a person has a proven diagnosis of mental illness or has committed a serious felony. Even the mental illness diagnosis should be carefully evaluated.
Veterans who have expressed suicidal thoughts should be offered counseling and given the choice of yes or no to the counseling.
Guns are not the only way that veterans and people in general commit suicide!
