Those who sent us into conflicts should have prepared the VA, Military Healthcare & Tri-Care with necessary resources.

When are we going to make Concurrent Pay a high priority. I fought and got mine. But, this is taking large amounts of retirement dollars out of the pockets of retiree's.

Many of the Veterans at the Dayton VA Hospital are in need of Dental Care. that they can not afford from outside Dentists.
These Veterans, and all Verterans would benefits greatly from the addition of Dental care to their Helth Plans.
Dentists and Doctors will tell you that basic Dental Care is the foundation of Good Health.

Yes, the military jobs bill passed in the House, but fell short in the Senate because it would cost one billion dollars and that was considered too much (not to mention the usual two-party bickering). How much money did Congress spend on past wars to create these Veterans? It's a small price to pay when our people in uniform can translate their military experience (tested and forged under fire) into those pieces of paper that are required in the civilian world. In the long run, this would save the government (and the Veterans) money utilized in re-education in order to get those civilian credentials. That's why most Veterans end up in a profession much different than what they were trained to do in the military. We're forced to re-invent ourselves in order to adapt to a strange and unforgiving world after military service. We're not asking for a hand-out, simply a "leg-up." We only want credit for services rendered; nothing more.
