Post 1982 holds membership drive

On Sunday, Jan. 26, David Chavez Post 1982 held a membership drive at the Urlas PX complex. 35 new members were signed up, a fabulous job by everyone who worked the membership booth. On Monday, Jan. 27, information on the need to volunteer in the community was passed out by Post 1982 at the ACS volunteer drive. The band Good Luck Penny kept everybody entertained.

Commander Chris Buchanan would like to welcome all new members to the next membership meeting, which will be held at 1800 on Feb. 11 in the basement of the Katterbach Army Airfield dining facility. Further, he would like to thank all the Post 1982 members who volunteered over the two days.
