The Department of New Hampshire – assisted by Michele Steinmetz, assistant director of the National Internal Affairs Division – is in New Durham, N.H., this week with members of American Legion Post 113, to assist them with their revitalization in their community.

To have active Post members first prove to the members that the Post is active. It would be nice to hear from a Post more than just once a year then only at renewal time. Good National, Departmental, District organizations are great but if a member doesn't have an active Post they have nothing. The Post is the base, the foundation, upon which all else is built.
