The fact that we as a country are in our 11th year on the War on Global Terrorism and we still haven't accomplished any clear objective and none in sight!

Why is it so hard for ALL Veterans to get into the medical veterans hospitals? Why are they turned away by "clerks" who pretend they are GODS and tell us either that we are "not qualified" or there is no room for us? I think any Veteran drafted or enlisted with a "Honorable Discharge" should be entitled to these benifits. We were willing to protect your butts and our country and now you "Moon" us.

Simpley UNAMERICAN!!!

The changes in the legion and all the work performed by our people in Hqs, The upgraded site is one, comunication electronically is another, plus the best is the changes in the V.A. in our favor and we must keep working on that challenge. We of Post 154 Boqueron, Puerto Rico want to thank our past National Commander Clarence Hill for a job well done. Here's wishing our new Commander Jimmie Foster the best for this coming year.

While this is not a National issue, I believe that the opening up of the answers to "The Big Q" and the moderation of the Legion website to more centrist language (as opposed to political position, which is up to every individual)has been a great benefit. I feel that using the website and reading the news and comments contained here no longer causes me to become so angry and disgusted that I avoid it.

I agree with Huachuca Scout comment. it doesn't matter who you are if you are "Honorable Discharged" you should be entitled. I think the VA should revisit the operating procedures and their staff and adjust their mindset to the corrected way of operating these hospitals.

Look the bottom line is this. The world has been dealing with acts of Terrorism as far back as the begin of time. there is no way you can defeat it, period!!! if someone wants to do some act of stupidity, they are going to do it. all you can do is defend you country against it, and how you do that is put rules for the conduct of Behavior for the people of the US to go by. example, Immigration: control who comes into this country with a passport period!!! conduct in this country will consist of the utmost respect for the country period!!! work permits will be handled by the person needing the work performed, and to verify all documentation is in order before they leave the border, not free entry to this country.
as for the rest of the illegals in this country, sorry but we are not a soup Kitchen for your own counties Faults in not providing it people with jobs and health benifits. if anything you should do as we did back in the Beginning "Revolution" make your country what it should be

Historically, Muhammad, the Prophet was also Muhammad the Conqueror, Ruler, and Beheader. I beleive that Islam and the "infidels" (the rest of the world) would be much better off if the praying to Muhammad was removed from Islam. As it is now, Islam is corrupted by its political movement to subjugate all the "infidels."
