Watch the national convention live

Even if you can’t make it to Houston later this month for the 95th American Legion National Convention, you can still see some of the convention’s major events as they happen, free of charge. Selected events will be streamed live via www.legiontv.org, and include:

Friday, Aug. 23, 6 p.m. – Color Guard Contest
Saturday, Aug. 24, 2 p.m. – Band Contest
Sunday, Aug. 25, noon – Patriotic Memorial Service
Tuesday, Aug. 27, 9 a.m. – General Session Day One
Wednesday, Aug. 28, 9 a.m. – General Session Day Two
Thursday, Aug. 29, 9:30 a.m. – General Session Day Three
