I am wondering since some of the Native Americans are trust land holders, what grants, incentives such as business grants, education grants, and health care grants are made available other than Corbel decision. What about HR 1701 grants for setting up a lake with sailing for all with electric boats(duffy boats M160) on a nearby lake with the Tribe's honored veteran name.

I'm Post Service Officer Vincent Ruiz for Post 154 Boqueron, Puerto Rico and I agree with Commander David of Post 127 Glendale CA. We should be able to train either online in the Legion site or some kind of correspondenc cource to become better equiped with information for our fellow Veterans.
