VA Volunteers - Two Georgia Legionnaires received the VA Volunteer Services Worker of the Year Award last month during The American Legion’s annual Washington Conference. James Whelan and Fred Zamora donated 8,000 hours of volunteer service, collectively, to VA facilities throughout the state.
