New Jersey posts still recovering from Superstorm Sandy

While Post 143 in Highlands, N.J. is well on their way to recovery from Superstorm Sandy, other New Jersey posts are still in the process of rebuilding. New Jersey Department Commander Gene O'Grady hand-delivered National Emergency Fund relief checks to three posts in his state last week.
