Legion Website

My Post is interested in starting a website so it has an online presence for its members and Veterans in the city to gain information about what the Post and Legion can do, to be in addition to the printed newsletters, which are now the main course of communication. Does anyone know if the National Legion has templates for local Posts to use and be uniform and integrate with the whole system, like some other groups do, or are we all on our own with our online presence?

I am new to the Legion. I have been a DAV Life member since 1994. The DAV National organization has provided SharePoint websites, complete with templates, for all the DAV chapters. From talking with the DAV National HQ, it was a worthy expense. It is easy to use too and setting up the page requires no HTML knowledge. I know that is important as many (regardless of age) may not be tech savvy.

There are options out there for low-cost websites from many web hosting companies too.
