Delays in BVA claims caused by the American Legion

The American Legion Needs to look at their own claims appeal team. Just got off the phone from Washington and they are working on BVA claims from Nov 08. My Docket date is Feb 2010. The BVA tells me that the delay in my claim is because the American Legion doesn't have our appeals ready. If the legion would hire more qualified advocate, maybe our appeals could be handled in a more timely manner. I'll prrobaly died before my appeal is heard and the Legion and VA can claim another claim has been settled.
