You are all wrong! The cold winter, hot summer, droughts, floods, hurricanes, global warming/cooling/climate change are all the doing of Vladimir Putin and the Russians (former Soviets) who have the technology to control the climate.
Putin is also responsible for ISIL/ISIS.
And Putin is only in power to do all this because of Bush!

We probably won't get one this year the way things look so far. We have had mostly bright blue skies and flirting with 70° for several days now.

Living in Tucson is more of a blessing than we originally thought having lived near Boston and at Loring AFB,ME. Caribou,ME is not about warm weather! When we PCS'd from there,we departed quickly in mid-winter.
