New Hampshire ALR State Director John Froehling presented with plaque

On Sunday, February 20,2011 during a monthly meeting of the New Hampshire American Legion Riders, held at Post #98 in Merrimack,NH PDC and ALR Liaison Chuck Lewis presented State of NH ALR Director John Froehling with a plaque from The American Legion - National.

The plaque is a recognition of the NH American Legion Riders support to The American Legion Legacy Scholarship Fund. Last year, 2010, NH American Legion Riders, collectively, raised $12,000.00 to donate to The American Legion Legacy Scholarship Fund.

Additionally, New Hampshire American Legion Riders, now 19 chapters, support many community programs; to include NH Law Enforcement Memorial Fund, American Cancer Society, Chaplains Fund, Blue/Gold Star Mothers, Fisher House, Liberty House and children's christmas parties, to name a few.

Currently, the NH American Legion Riders are working on their 3rd Annual State_Wide Poker Run scheduled for June 4, 2011 for the Legacy Scholarship Fund.
