Yellow Ribbon Event

Operation Military Kids is the U.S. Army's collaborative effort with America's communities to support children and youth impacted by deployment. OMK's goal is to connect military children and youth with local resources in order to achieve a sense of community support and enhance their well-being.

Games and crafts were on hand such as Welcome Home signs and a "A Fun Jar" where the children decorated mason jars and wrote many ideas they'd like to do with their father or mother, brother, or sister when they return from duty. Both were a big hit!
