University Club Great War Memorial

A bronze plaque recently displayed inside the tony and exclusive private men’s club. It memorializes the 165 members who served in the Great War, with special recognition to the seven who perished in the service of the country. 164 were officers. The club closed several years ago. It is currently displayed on the Bigelow Boulevard side of the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall.
