PFC Melvin L. Brown Memorial
Granite monument honoring local resident and U.S. Army soldier PFC Melvin L. Brown, who was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for heroism in Korea on Feb. 16, 1951. There is also an unfinished mural portrait of Brown on an adjacent building.
