Anthony Longo

LONGO, Anthony L., 82, of Saddle Brook, N.J., passed away on Monday, Feb. 2, 2015.
Born in Lodi and raised in Garfield, he resided in Rochelle Park before moving to Saddle Brook 49 years ago. A proud Air Force veteran of the Korean War, he was a member of American Legion Post 170 of Rochelle Park. Longo was a parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church in Saddle Brook and a member of BPO Elks Lodge 1569 in Clifton. Anthony enjoyed playing cards and watching football.
Prior to retiring, he owned and operated All Art Products in Saddle Brook for 30 years.
Beloved husband of Shirley (Pepper) Longo. Loving and devoted father of James Longo and wife Heidi, Janet Lipari, and Bob Longo and wife Liz. Cherished grandfather of Jamie Kostialik, Jennifer Griffin, and Peter and Michael Longo.
The family will receive relatives and friends Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2015, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Vander Plaat-Caggiano Funeral Home, 13-31 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn, N.J., 201-797-3500. A funeral service is planned for Thursday, Feb. 5, 2015, 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
