Henry E. Syzek
Born: April 24, 1923 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
Died: June 5, 2016 in Toledo, Ohio
Served in the U.S. Army in the Dental Corps as a staff dentist, detachment commander in Germany and Vietnam, and as post dental surgeon at his last duty station, Fort Campbell, Ky. After retirement as a colonel in February 1974, he worked for the Veterans Administration in the Dental Service at Dayton, Ohio.
