Who is the Legion's Baseball Player of the Year Award named for?

George W. Rulon. According to the American Legion Baseball Rule Book, “The 1960s saw the program grow under the leadership of George W. Rulon, program coordinator for American Legion Baseball, who held that post from 1961 to 1987. Upon his retirement, The American Legion Player of the Year Award was renamed the George W.
