New Emblem Sales catalog available

The 2014 American Legion Flag & Emblem catalog is being shipped this weekend via the National Emblem Sales Division.

Among the new items being offered this year – by request – is a women’s professional dress shirt, available for both Legion and Auxiliary members. A continuing favorite is American flags; Emblem Sales still offers the lowest price on USA-made flags and ships more than 1 million annually.

Anyone who purchased a Legion, Auxiliary or Sons item from Emblem Sales in the last three years will automatically receive a catalog, as will commanders and adjutants on all levels. Anyone who needs to obtain one can request a catalog online here, or contact Emblem Sales at or (888) 453-4466.

  1. I am the Finance Officer of a Legion and was wondering about the forms that was available to save money for the post?
  2. I own the American Legion Orbit at home. Most of my family was in the military, all six branches. I took Navy/Marine training in high school in 1976. Any old pictures I have at home is for me to view, I will not sell that material to anyone. I shall not purchase any military markers, the government can place American flags on military grave sites for free.
  3. I would like to know the price and how to go about ordering a updated catalog for future purchases of merchandise. Thank you. Frank Oakes 213 Walls Rd. Covington Pa. 16917 570-404-0494
  4. I am a paid up life member serving at post 185, Slidell, LA. I recently became a member of the Northshore Honor Guard Rifle Team. I would like to receive an updated catalog to order some badges and emblems for my hat and honor guard shirt. Byron LeBlanc 281-748-5099 107 Timber Ridge Dr. Slidell, LA 70460
  5. Why is the S.A.L. paying $39.95 for bronze grave markers when the legion and auxiliary pay only $31.95? Also, why can't we get plastic? Some of the bronze have been stolen.
