Should the five defendants charged with masterminding the 9/11 attacks be tried in military or civil court?

These terrorists should be tried in Military court not in civil court. These crimes were an act of war and should be treated as such. We don't need to spend our money on lawyers for them rather spend the money to fight further acts of terrorism.
