There is so much history in this organization, it should be a required course in high school to learn of ALL of its effects on military families and their communities.

Is it permissible to fly the flag of the United States during inclement weather?
Answer:
The flag should not be displayed on days when the weather is inclement, except when an all-weather flag is displayed. (All-weather – nylon, synthetic, or other non-absorbent material)
