Harvard law professor Richard Parker, board chairman of the Citizens Flag Alliance, has recorded an eight-minute DVD message on the current status of the flag amendment - H.J. Res. 13 in the House, S.J. Res. 19 in the Senate - and expectations he has for the amendment in the 112th Congress.
In the video, Parker notes that getting congressional support for the amendment "isn't terribly time consuming, but it is terribly important." It is, in fact, a critical component in reaching the ultimate goal of returning to the American people the right to protect their flag from acts of physical desecration.
The DVD has been mailed out to CFA board members, Legion departments, National Americanism Commission and Council members, and to the Citizens Flag Alliance Advisory Council, to be redistributed, as well as edited/dubbed.
The video also can be found on YouTube , where it is available for embedding and sharing.
