Rebecca Frazer — a home-schooled junior from Morgantown, Ind. — watched her two older sisters compete in The American Legion's High School Oratorical Scholarship Program, "A Constitutional Speech Contest." Following in their footsteps, Frazer competed in 2011 but didn't advance past the national quarterfinals. She gained an even greater knowledge of the United States Constitution and made a comeback in 2012 by capturing the championship title.

The American Legion spoke with Frazer after her win to hear her insight on the Oratorical Contest and the importance of understanding and maintaining the Constitution, which she says is our duty as citizens. The interview can be viewed here [2].

And for a further look at Frazer's Constitutional viewpoint, watch her prepared oration, "Maintaining Liberty, the People's Call [3]."
