The Department of Veterans Affairs has released its 2012 VA Health Benefits Handbook. To download a copy, click here [2].  The handbook is designed to provide veterans and their families with the information needed to understand VA's health-care system, including eligibility requirements, health benefits and services available to help veterans, and copays that certain veterans may be charged.
