64 baseball teams advance to regionals

From Aug. 8-13, 64 American Legion Baseball teams will compete in their respective division's regional tournament for a chance to be one of eight teams playing in the Legion World Series. See the list of teams playing here [2]. And visit www.legion.org/baseball/tournaments/regional [3] to see where the tournaments will be held.

Each regional tournament champion will advance to the Legion World Series, Aug. 17-21, at Keeter Stadium in Shelby, N.C., where ESPN3.com will live stream all 15 games.

Baseball fans will be able to find a direct link to ESPN3 on www.legion.org [4] once the World Series gets under way.
