There is considerably more to this so called "Treaty" than meets the eye. It is a Trojan Horse! It calls for arms ratification and reduction in armament of civilian personnel. Read the treaty in depth. You will be astonished! Hillary Clinton has evan eluded to some of the far reaching ramifications. I say ABSOLUTELY NO!

WE HAVE GIVEN TOO MUCH OF OUR COUNTRY AWAY ALREADY. WE NEED TO THROW OUT THE CONGRESS AND PUT IN PEOPLE THAT WILL SERVE TWO TERMS AND COME HOME LIKE IT WAS INTENDED. THERE ARE TOO MANY LAWYERS THAT KEEP US FROM PASSING TORT REFORM ETC. TOO MANY PEOPLE NOT PAYING TAXES ARE VOTING TO GET MORE OF OUR MONEY.

This is just another attempt to undermine US sovreignity and place the UN government aboue US government. This is something that should not be supported by any American. UN domination should be opposed by every nation on earth.

Sovereignty?? Do you really think that if the US cooperates with other nations that we will loose sovereignty? Do you really think the British or the French would stand for any loss of theirs?? They signed.....I think us cooperating with high seas treaties could help our flagging image.....god knows it couldn't hurt....I been all over the world many times with the USMC and I know how we're looked at....I would love to somehow change that perception..... for the sake of my grandchildren.....but the only way anyone will take my guns will be to prize them from my cold dead hands.....then I guess that's the crux of it then....isn't it? We as Americans want to be part of the whole...equal....but separate......somehow I think that has always been our Achilles heel when the world looks at us............

LOS, though initially opposed by Reagan, was later supported by him after the 1984 revisions in response to his concerns. We need to have a seat at the table. Concerns about undermining our military independence are unfounded as indicated by broad support of the top military leaders of the U.S.
