Submit your SAL 50th convention challenge coin design

The Sons of The American Legion’s 50th Commemorative Convention Committee is seeking designs for a commemorative challenge coin to celebrate the convention, scheduled for Aug. 26-28, 2022, in Milwaukee.

The winning designer will receive $500 and two complementary tickets to the milestone convention’s banquet on Aug. 27. The deadline to submit entries is Nov. 15; the entry form can be downloaded here.

The design must prominently include “50th National Convention,” “Milwaukee,” and “2022,” and the SAL logo must be integrated into the design within Emblem Use Guideline parameters, which are available here.

There is a maximum of three entries per person. The winning design becomes property of The American Legion at the time of selection. Complete rules are available on the entry form; entries are to be submitted by email to sal50thconvention@gmail.com.
