Col. Lewis Millett Memorial Post 38, Seoul, South Korea, conducted the 2016 annual POW/MIA ceremony at Camp Red Cloud, Korea. The POW/MIA ceremony was led by Post 38 Chaplain Tim Lane and David Hill, chairman of the POW/MIA Committee and Post 38 Sergeant-at-Arms. Hill spoke of the purpose and history of National POW/MIA. He also performed the duty of laying the wreath. Lane performed the invocation and benediction during the POW/MIA ceremony.
