On Monday night March 4 2013 at a regular meeting, Belleview American Legion Auxiliary Unit 284
selected four girls from a list of six candidates to become delegates to the 67th Session of the Florida
Girls State. Girls State Delegates are a diverse group of young women who desire to learn and lead.
The girls were selected by American Legion Auxiliary Unit 284 which worked with High School Educators, to select young women demonstrating leadership qualities.

The four (4) from Unit 284 Belleview are pictured along with Unit 284’s Girls State Chairperson.
