We are invited to make recommendations on how the women’s center can improve our care. They check on us thoroughly. If they don’t initially find the problem, they do further evaluations. |

When a message is left on the phone, they don't call back until the next day. What do you like about the facility and your care? On every visit there is very little wait time. I see a doctor or nurse every visit. They also have gotten me a specialist for my diabetes, and I receive good treatment. |

There is a shuttle service to take you to the various locations on the facilities, which is so helpful. What do you like about the facility and your care? The staff at the domiciliary, dental, mental health, specialty clinic and dieticians is very positive and eager to help with all of your needs. I can’t say enough about this facility and the continued care I receive at the Outreach Center for vets. They all had a part in saving my life. I give them a 5 star rating. |

We need more chiropractic here. The waiting list is several months out, and after a visit VA puts us out. What do you like about the facility and your care? The medical staff is great. My primary care now is the best it's ever been in VA since 1972. Quality of care is great. |

Prescriptions aren't always on time when ordered through “MyHealthevet." What do you like about the facility and your care? The VAMC seems to be committed to correcting any problems or needs in a timely manner. I have made a few complaints, and they were handled and I was pleased with the level of attention to the complaints. |
