What is the biggest challenge that you face at this facility? Getting the right people to listen to what I have to say rather than interpreting what I’m saying to benefit their agenda. Also, they are always trying to push meds/drugs. What do you like about the facility and your care? Volunteers are friendly; facility is clean and convenient. I get minimal care so I have no complaints.
