The GI Bill Rally
Several veterans comment about their difficulties in getting a college degree, using currently inadequate GI Bill educational benefits. The veterans gathered at the nation’s capital April 29, 2008, along with several members of Congress, to show their support for expanded school benefits under new legislation (S.22) introduced by Senator James Webb, D-Va. (he is seen in the video, wearing glasses, on the far right side of the screen).
