Linda:
Great article! Please be advised that the American Legion/U.S. Army Reserve Center are holding another blood drive coming up on April 26th. Again, this is an ASBP event, and 3/4's of the blood collected will go overseas to the troops.
The drive is less than 10 days away, and this one of the most critical programs the Central Ohio American Legion posts sponsor in supporting the troops. The event will be at the same place (U.S. Army Reserve Center, 165 N. Yearling Road, Columbus/Whitehall) and the same time (9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.). Walk ins are always welcome, but appointements are encouraged.
Here's the web page for appointments again: http://wpmc1.wpafb.af.mil/BloodDonorCal/index.php
Please get the word out to our fellow Legionaires.
Thanks!
