Members of the Legion’s Economic Division are attending a symposium conducted by the U.S. Small Business Administration. The all-day “Small Business Jobs Act Listening Tour” event is billed by the SBA as “a terrific opportunity” for small businesses to get the latest information on the recently enacted Small Business Jobs Act directly from senior SBA executives. The Act, signed last September by President Obama, enhances lending and provides new tax cuts to small businesses, including veteran-owned enterprises.
