Attending House, Senate Homeland Security Committee meetings

Homegrown terrorist threats are being examined by members of both the House and Senate Homeland Security Committees, American Legion Legislative Deputy Director Dean Stoline is observing the joint session. Stoline is also hearing an overview of America’s current and future roles in Iraq and Afghanistan as presented to a House Oversight and Government Reform subcommittee. All American troops are scheduled to withdraw from Iraq by the end of this year.
