Attending VA’s quarterly meeting in Washington for veterans service officers

Richard Dumancas, deputy director of the Veterans Affairs & Rehabilitation Division, is attending VA’s quarterly meeting in Washington for veterans service officers. Key topics of discussion are power-of-attorney applications and the Stakeholders Enterprise Portal (allows veterans to complete several kinds of claims forms online). Other topics include VA services provided for benefits assistance, vocational rehabilitation and employment, education, pension and fiduciary.
