Attending Veterans Day ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, Vietnam Veterans Memorial

American Legion National Commander James Koutz and his aide, Steve Short, are attending the Veterans Day presidential wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknowns in Arlington National Cemetery. Later, they are also attending a ceremony at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and will present The American Legion’s wreath at The Wall.
