Participating in homeless stand down

Rich Dumancas and Lori Perkio, deputy and assistant directors of the Veterans Affairs & Rehabilitation Division, respectively, are participating in the Winterhaven Homeless Stand Down at Washington D.C. VA Medical Center. Staff from the Legion’s Economic Division are also attending. They will meet with homeless and at-risk veterans to discuss their eligibility for VA benefits and help them file claims.
