Legislative Division staff are attending four congressional hearings: the Senate Appropriations subcommittee on defense “Voluntary Military Education Programs, the Senate Armed Services Committee markup of the fiscal 2014 defense authorization bill, and the fiscal 2014 DoD budget hearings by the House and Senate Budget committees.
