Conducting LEAD training in Alabama

LEAD (Leadership, Education and Development) training continues today in the Department of Alabama. LEAD is a one-day, eight-hour session that provides professional development training for Legionnaires at the post, district, county and department levels. Legions staff cover a wide range of topics relevant to Legion operations, such as the Four Pillars, fundraising, membership, resolutions and public relations.
