Legislative Division staff are attending two congressional hearings: one by the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies, about the quality of life in the military for fiscal 2014; the other is by a joint session of the House Veteran’s Affairs Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, and the House Small Business Subcommittee on Contracting and Workforce: “Consistently Inconsistent: Challenges for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.”
