American Legion national staff are providing LEAD (Leadership, Education and Development) training to the Department of Puerto Rico, focusing on fundraising, membership development and volunteering opportunities at VA medical centers.

I think that the Legionnaire shouldv'e been asked to participate.

I think the timing was off. Reason the training should have taken place after June (Department Elections), we'll have new staff and usually the ones that leave don't come back!
