Distributing the 2010 System Worth Saving report to members of Congress

The American Legion will deliver its System Worth Saving 2010 report to members of Congress. The System Worth Saving program annually conducts site visits of Department of Veterans Affairs health-care facilities to assess the quality and timeliness of VA health care.
