The American Legion will deliver its System Worth Saving 2010 report to members of Congress. The System Worth Saving program annually conducts site visits of Department of Veterans Affairs health-care facilities to assess the quality and timeliness of VA health care. National Commander Jimmie Foster is meeting with Sens. Thad Cochran of Mississippi, Tim Johnson of South Dakota and Mark Begich of Alaska. Foster also will attend the funeral of former Sen. Ted Stevens at Arlington National Cemetery.
