Here’s how it works:
1. After you register, go to the app and select the 100 Miles for Hope under MY EVENTS. It will be in the LIVE tab.
2. Scroll down to the button that says FUNDRAISE and a prompt will come up. Click START REQUEST.
3. After you press the start request button, fill in the blanks for your goals for the event and the amount you are requesting from your potential sponsor.
4. You can then send the message via text or email to anyone in your contacts. In emails, it is recommended to change the subject line to indicate this is going to support The American Legion. For example: “Support veterans and military families.”
