MLB All-Star tickets open to public

The general public can now register for an opportunity to purchase 2011 Major League Baseball All-Star ticket strips by visiting www.allstargame.com or www.dbacks.com/asg. All ticket strips include a ticket to each All-Star Week event at Chase Field in Phoenix, two MLB All-Star FanFest tickets and one official game program.

Winners will be chosen at random and will be notified at the end of February via e-mail regarding the date, time and instructions for the purchase of the ticket strips.

The MLB All-Star Week includes:

July 11 — Gatorade All-Star Workout Day

July 12 — 82nd MLB All-Star Game

July 10 — Taco Bell All-Star Sunday

July 8-12 — MLB All-Star FanFest

The All-Star FanFest event features an exhibit from the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, batting cages, free autograph sessions with former Arizona Diamondback players and MLB favorites, and much more.
