4th Annual Keene Junior Legion Under 17 Tournament A Wood Bat Only Tourney This is an eight team pool play tournament. This is our fourth consecutive successful year bringing teams from the Northeast & Canada together. Players must be 17 and under (and no player can turn 18 during 2013) to be eligible. Team fee is $500.00 + 1 Dozen Diamond D-1 baseballs (no other ball accepted) or pay a $565 entry fee. Please make checks payable to Keene Junior Legion and mail to: Chuck Carey 44 Allen Court Keene, NH 03431 Tourney is WOOD BAT ONLY and teams must supply their own bats. The Tournament will be held on Keene’s Alumni 1 and 2. The June 21st field will be announced. The tourney is scheduled for two divisions with 4 teams each. The two division winners play for the championship. Each team will play 4 games (weather permitting). The Keene complex has two fields (Alumni 1 and 2) and a concession stand. Note to parents and spectators: • Admission - there will be a $10 tourney weekend pass or a $5 per day pass charge - Team personnel (coaches & managers) are exempt from admission charge. • The entire Alumni Field Complex is a smoke and alcohol free area.
